Here at Popppy UK we strive to make every cup of our warm, fresh, allergy free, vegan popcorn the best it can be. If we don't get it right, we want to fix that.
If you have had an issue with one of our machines, please let us know.
If our machine has experienced a mechanical error the white OUT OF ORDER light will flash and there will be an error code displayed on the blue LED display. For our larger machines the error will be displayed on the digital screen.
The error will say E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E09, E10... Please make a note of this when calling if you can.
All Popppy UK locations have a supply of Popppy Tokens which you can ask for if you have had an issue with our machine. These are usually held at reception or with the cafe, which will give you a replacement cup of our warm fresh popcorn.
We are available 9am to 9pm 7 days a week to help you with any issues or questions you may have. If we can’t get to the phone straight away you can leave a voicemail, email, whatsapp or text us if you prefer and we will call you back within 1 hour.
