Call out fees
For call out Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Call out Fee £157.75 includes 1 hour of work
Additional hours are billed at £57.25
Your parts will be covered under warranty for the first 12 months
If your repair is because of a failed part, we will replace it under warranty subject to call out fees listed above.
No service Fees?
If you have a free Popppy Popcorn machine at your venue under our revenue share agreement you do not pay for servicing or parts. All costs are met by Popppy UK.
